The prices published on the web page will be in vigour until 31 December 2009 except when there are new administrative requirements or errors.

Rental Rate is quoted per night and depends on which apartment.
Minimum stay: 1 week = 6 nights/7 days.

Refundable deposit: |
300 € - 500 € for each rental to cover possible damages, keys, etc on date of arrival.
The deposit will be given back when it is verified that the apartment, the furniture and the equipment are in
good conservation and on the day of devolution of all the keys.
We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of personal items.

Reservation: |
50% of the total rental rate by bank transfer or in cash. (See example)
On the day of arrival the rest of the payment must be paid in cash or by bank transfer with 2 weeks in
advance.

Minimum stay |
6 nights = 1 week
There is a surcharge on the total stay for all bookings of less than 6 nights. Ask for more information in our
office.

Cancellations |
In case you cancel your reservation, the following table shows the cancellation charge:
-more than 2 months before arrival: deposit returnedse devuelve la reserva
-more than 1 month before arrival: 40% loss of the deposit
-more than 2 weeks before arrival: 60% loss of the deposit
-more than 1 week before arrival: 100% loss of the deposit
In case of without any notification, nor check-in on the determined period of stay, it is not possible to ask for
repayment.
If the cancellation takes place later, for example in case you can't travel due to an illness, we request a
medical certificate for discapacity to travel by plane. If the flight is cancelled, we need a certificate from the
airline.

Domestic animal |
All the establishments that we offer do NOT admit domestic animal.
If your mascot needs lodging during your holidays, we recommend a residence canine and feline near

You have to take into account that in Andalusia/Spain:
-It is not possible to travel with your mascot if it is a species in extinction danger
-Your mascot must be identified by microchip or tattoo, accompanied by the veterinary certificate model or
passport according to its species
-It must be travelled in a container for animal.
-Your mascot must fulfill a series of sanitary measures, vaccine against the rage
-If your animal is younger than three months, there are restrictions of entrance in our country.

period: 1/01/2009 - 7/01/2009 ► 6 nights
Low season: 150 €/night
rental: 6 x 150 € = 900 €
refundable deposit: 300 €
Total: 1 200 €
Reservation: 600 € (50% of the rental)
On day of arrival: the rest of the payment in cash or by bank transfert with 2 weeks in advance before
arrival.
B) Long term rentals:
Do you want to have a longer stay or to live here for
several months of years in Spain? No problem at all. Please, contact us and tell
us what you need and we will find for you the right home for rent.

Minimum stay |
A long term rental means a minimum stay of 6 months and maximum 11 months.
For renewal of the contract, the tenant must notify the landlord with a period of 2 months in advance and with
agreement of both parties.

Refundable deposit: |
2 months for each long term rental to cover possible damages, keys, etc on date of arrival.
The deposit will be given back when it is verified that the apartment, the furniture and the equipment are in good
conservation and on the day of devolution of all the keys.
We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of personal items, payment of rent, damages produced by inpropiate
use in the property, if the contract is failed to fulfill, etc. We always advised for long term rentals 'la Garantía de
Alquiler' (the Guarantee of Rental), it is the official form of the PNAG and is legal system of Jurisdiction in Rentals.
